Alice Lee Roosevelt Longworth fue una prominente socialité estadounidense. Era la hija mayor del presidente de los Estados Unidos Theodore Roosevelt y su primera mujer, Alice Hathaway Lee.

Longworth tuvo una vida poco convencional y polémica. Su matrimonio con el representante Nicholas Longworth III , un líder del partido y 38.º presidente de la Cámara de Representantes de EE.UU., fue inestable, y su única hija Paulina fue fruto de su relación con el senador William Edgar Borah de Idaho.
