Mark Ivor Satin es un teórico político estadounidense, autor y editor de periódicos. Es mejor conocido por su contribución al desarrollo y la difusión de tres perspectivas políticas: el neopacifismo en la década de 1960, la política de la Nueva Era en las décadas de 1970 y 1980, y el centrismo radical en los años 1990 y 2000. El trabajo de Satin a veces se ve como una construcción hacia una nueva ideología política, y luego a menudo se llama "transformacional",[1]​ "post-liberal",[2]​ o "post-marxista".[3]​ Un historiador llama a la escritura de Satin "post-hip".[4]​
