Zhang Zhijun, nacido en febrero de 1953 en Nantong de la provincia de Jiangsu. Se graduó de la Universidad de Pekín. Es miembro del Comité Central del Partido Comunista de China.[1]​ Fue jefe de la Oficina de Asuntos de Taiwán.[2]​ Era el ministro diputado de Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de China, era responsable de asuntos generales y planificación de las políticas.[2]​ Wikipedia
