William Butler Yeats /jeɪts/ fue un poeta y dramaturgo irlandés. Envuelto en un halo de misticismo, fue una de las figuras más representativas del renacimiento literario irlandés y uno de los fundadores del Abbey Theatre. También ejerció como senador.
